I had a leak at the back of a dishwasher recently fitted by the shop I purchased it from. They were not prepared to investigate it, but the plumber from Dr Property disconnected the dishwasher, found the leak and repaired it. He also provided a report confirming that the leak was due to poor installation, allowing me to successfully claim back his fee from the shop. Plumber seemed to know his stuff, very pleasant and keen to avoid making a mess. Reasonable price for investigation and first hour of work. I rang on a Friday; he arranged to come on Tuesday and did so
